Refund policy

Returns
It is our guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with our educational supplies. However, if you are not, you may return the item(s) in unused condition. Returns must be received back in our warehouse within 10 days of receipt. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returns. 

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

To return materials, please take the following steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Department at 1.844.975.1275 or funshine@funshineexpress.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Print this number on the outside of your package.
  2. Ship your return items within 5 days via UPS, PRIORITY INSURED MAIL or FEDEX GROUND to: FunShine Express®, Inc., 926E East Industrial Drive, Dickinson, ND 58601

No credit will be issued for packages received Postage Due. Additional charges will be assessed for a refused order, non-deliverable, or change of address once the order has been shipped.
